Terms & Right of Withdrawal

The provider is Schmitz Universe, owner Jonas Schmitz, Friedrich-Mohr-Straße 1, 56070 Koblenz, Germany (see Legal Notice). The terms available at the time of your order apply.

A Love Mark is a personalised digital product: a place on the LoveWall with names, date, message, optional photos, a unique number, its own URL and QR code, plus optional add-ons (e.g. certificate, premium place, gift mode).

By completing checkout you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation or the provision of the Love Mark.

The stated prices apply incl. statutory VAT. Payment is processed via our payment provider Stripe by credit/debit card, PayPal or Klarna and — depending on your device — Apple Pay or Google Pay. Which methods are offered in a given case depends on your country, your device and the amount; Stripe's payment page shows the available choice. With Klarna, a separate agreement is also concluded between you and Klarna (Klarna Bank AB, publ.), and their terms apply to it. The purchase contract for the Love Mark is unaffected and is with us.

You warrant that you only upload content you have the rights to and for which everyone shown has consented.

Unlawful, abusive, hateful or rights-infringing content, and content endangering minors, is prohibited. We may review and remove reported or unlawful content.

We aim to keep Love Marks available permanently. There is no claim to uninterrupted availability; should the service be discontinued we will give reasonable notice and enable an export.

As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

For digital content the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance after you expressly consented to us beginning before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) German Civil Code).

To exercise the right of withdrawal a clear statement suffices (e.g. by email to contact@lovewallglobal.com). You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory:

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

German law applies. Should any provision be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
